No Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or broken due to transit.
Eligibility for Return
A product is eligible for return only if it has sustained physical damage or breakage during delivery. You must request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Return Request Process
If the product is damaged or broken, you must raise a request within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions on the return process.
Replacement Policy
A replacement product will be sent for the damaged item within 7 business days.
Refund or Store Credit
If a replacement is not possible, we will issue either store credit or a refund, based on your preference.
Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Store credit will be reflected in your account within 48 hours.
